Production time is counting when prepress files are approved (not sent) for print and payment is done. If the customer delay print office will change turnover time. Time for delivery is not included in production turnover time. Turnover time is noted in WORKING days Monday-Friday.

QUALITY

Every order is printed with ISO 9001 ISO 12647-2 print standard, every eventually color mismatching is not caused by print office.

UNPREDICTABLE HAZARDS

---

If unpredictable hazardous situations occur, print office can change production time up to 10 days, or return payment to the customer. The exception is when special contract is made between company and customer.

DELIVERY

---

Delivery is not included in price, see transport costs. Turnover time aren't including time for transport. Time for transport is noted separately from production turnover time (see price calculators).
